As part of LGFA guidelines each county has to have a Development Committee in place.
From my limited time in the role as CDO it has become apparent that the workload is overbearing for only 2-3 people never mind 1 on his/her own. I am looking for 2 people to step forward for each of the following roles. If these roles are not filled then a Development Plan will not be able to be completed for the coming year.
Roles: Coach Education: Volunteer Development: Participation: Referee Development
Please can I ask that you reach out to your members or even parents of members that may be suitable for these roles, as mentioned it is a requirement by the LGFA to have these roles filled by at least 1 person per role.
